On 23rd of October, CCIC Netherlands B.V. has been invited to provide an introduction of China import regulation to the participants of Gelderland – Hubei Trade Mission of November 2017.
- During the presentation, CCIC Netherlands has explained the critical role of the China Inspection and Quarantine bureau (CIQ) during the import goods clearance procedure, and important matters to consider when exporting food products to Hubei, such as compliance to the different regulations and national standards. As a relative new market open directly to Europe thanks to the One-Belt-One-Road Initiative, for exporters, importers and the authorities focused on Hubei it is an exciting moment due to the challenge of dealing with greatly increased number of imported products and correspondingly increased demand for logistics and quality control.
