- On 12th of April 2021, the General Administration of Customs P.R. China (GACC), has announced two major updates of regulations, both of which concern food products imported into China.
- From November 1, 2020, recycled copper, recycled brass, and recycled alloy aluminum that meet Chinese standards are allowed to be imported freely. How to determine whether this type of recycled metal meets Chinese standards and how to verify the standards are consistent with official understandings are the biggest problems facing by importers and exporters.

- On 13th of March 2018, the CNCA has issued a new announcement regarding the renewal of infant formula producer registration. Only registered producers may export infant formula and dairy products to China since 2014.
- The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) has issued a new announcement: No. 89 of 2017 on 24th of October, calling for a more streamlined and efficient clearance speed for imported products based on proactive quality control from the exporter or importer.
- On 23rd of October, CCIC Netherlands B.V. has been invited to provide an introduction of China import regulation to the participants of Gelderland – Hubei Trade Mission of November 2017.
- This year CCIC Europe and the newly established branch office CCIC Netherlands will participate at the world´s largest and most important trade fair for food and beverages, which will open its doors from the 7th to the 11th of October 2017 in Cologne, Germany.
- In February, CCIC Group signed strategic cooperation agreement with Guangdong CIQ and Shandong CIQ respectively, to promote convenient customs clearance of trading activities, and to further apply traceability system for imported commodities.

- In order to facilitate trading and supervision, on 28th of July 2016, the China Administration of Certification and Accreditation (CNCA) has issued the No.18 Announcement of 2016 for the release of the new Reference Table between CCC product categories and the HS Code system.
